Southern Exposure
(Kinsale, West Cork, Ring of Kerry, Conor Pass, Dingle Peninsula)

Enter this land of mysterious mountains, legendary lakes, spectacular valleys and golden beaches. A landscape sculptured by the ice age and shaped by history and folklore. Day one of our unique adventure will be spent travelling to Kinsale (via Rock of Cashel) in West Cork, a coastal garrison village which has retained all the old world charm and character. The following day we head along and explore the shores and coast of West Cork, visit some of Ireland’s most beautifully situated villages such as Glandore and Glengariff, while also witnessing the varied and colourful scenery of the Atlantic coast. We will spend the night at Kenmare in Kerry, where a good night’s entertainment of traditional Irish Music is guaranteed. Day three of this tour will be spent travelling the famous Ring of Kerry. A place to stop and explore some of the county’s most outstanding scenery. There we will visit luscious waterfalls, magical mountains and experience the famous scenic drive to the “Three Ladies” before winding up in Tralee that night. On day four we will complete a round trip of the Dingle Peninsula. This unique area has more historic sites and varied mountain scenery than any other part of Ireland. Drive over the rugged Conor pass, via some of the most beautiful golden beaches. We will head for Slea Head where viewing points offer an excellent panoramic of the Blasket Islands, while also stopping at Dingle the most westerly town in Europe. Return home to Dublin the following morning. Overall a truly Irish experience!
